Senior Financial Analyst

Job Duties:
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, investment opportunities, and development scenarios.
Conduct financial feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and return assessments for new developments and land acquisitions.
Analyze project revenues, development costs, cash flows, profitability, and funding requirements. Support land acquisition evaluations through financial assessments, pricing analysis, and investment recommendations.
Monitor project financial performance against approved business plans and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, sales performance, and competitive benchmarks to support development decisions.
Assist in preparing project budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
